SSK Mandal’s Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar College is established in October 2001 with the gracious hands of late. Vitthaldada Dalnar, well-known and hard working personality in the area. The college was started with the objectives to provide education to economically and socially backward students. To uplift from their down-trodden situation. The college staff began to create awareness about importance of higher education among the people of this area.

With the establishment of the college from this area the problem of facility of higher education was solved. People in this area are benefited by this college in many ways. At present the college offers B.A. , B.com. , BSc  and three COC. There is wide academic flexibility provided the students with 18 optional subjects in Arts faculty and CBCS pattern from 2015-2016 academic year.
